Both white titanium mesh and black titanium mesh are produced by pure titanium wire. The material grade of pure titanium wire is usually Gr1, which has the advantages of high elongation, high titanium content, high mechanical strength, and easy processing.

Process common

points

The processing method and machinery are exactly the same—both plain weave and square holes are used for weaving, and the raw material wire diameter, material, elongation, tensile strength test method, and testing instruments are all the same. They are all machined and produced by shuttleless woven mesh. Warping and weaving, mesh leveling,

Common packaging

The same packaging is used: the inner packaging is waterproof with bubble pads, and the outer packaging is packed in plywood crates to prevent extrusion and collision.

The only difference

The only difference is the surface: the white surface has no impurities, and the black surface has a layer of brushed graphite milk.

Usage

The surface of white titanium mesh does not contain any impurities and is suitable for titanium mesh anodes of ion-exchange membrane electrolyzers, anodic oxidation experiments, catalyst carrier trays, pure chemical liquid filters, and other non-contaminated solution filters.

The surface of the black titanium mesh contains a brushed graphite emulsion coating, which is suitable for seawater desalination titanium filters, and chemical filtration. The surface coating can slow down the erosion of the titanium substrate and prolong its service life.
